Unique Primer
One-component material for adhesion between surfaces to which subsequent layers are applied. It is used on horizontal and vertical planes. Can be used for application on ceramic tiles (mat, satin or gloss).
Primer Unico is a one-component primer based on acrylic resins, which in combination with special additives provides high adhesive properties on all surfaces.
PRIMER UNICO can be applied to all surfaces such as:

It can be applied on horizontal or vertical surfaces, diluting based on base absorption.
Dilution with water can range from 5 to 30%.
Consumption: 0.15-0.25 l/m2
Preparation of the basis:
• Absorbent surfaces (gypsum, plasterboard, concrete)
Clean the surfaces from powders, wax residues, various non-cohesive materials.
Use diluted material up to 30%.
• Non-absorbent surfaces (ceramics, stone products, wood, melamine)
Thoroughly clean and degrease the surfaces to be treated using special cleaning agents (disinfectants, degreasers, alcohol, hydrochloric acid in solution, etc.).
The application temperature in these cases should not be lower than 10°C, because at lower temperatures the drying time increases, which jeopardizes the perfect adhesion.
Recommended polish the surfaces on a highly polished tile and then clean it.
Product preparation:
The one-component product is ready for use.
Dilution: PRIMER UNICO can be diluted from 5 to 10% in the case of non-absorbent surfaces up to a maximum of 30% in the case of highly absorbent surfaces.
Application of the product before microcement:
PRIMER UNICO can be applied with a roller, brush or spray, distributing the product uniformly and in one coating. It is used as a preliminary layer before applying FONDO FLOOR EPOX or FONDO FLOOR UNICO.
Use a 70 g/m2 fiberglass grid. Apply a coat of Primer Unico to the surface. Lay the net on it, distributing it evenly. Then go from above in one layer over the mesh with a roller, gluing it. The fiber mesh should not overlap and should not form a bulge.
