Interior latex paint Caparol Samtex 7 Base 1 E.L.F. silky matte

Paint  for creating durable, matte, thin-layer indoor coatings that repel dust and are easy to clean. Great for covering structural, embossed, embossed wallpaper, glass wallpaper, well emphasizes the structure of the base. Ideal for surfaces subjected to loads.

For painting indoor surfaces made of gypsum putty and gypsum putty, cement-lime or dispersion putties and plasters, concrete, clinker and silicate bricks, plasterboard plates. Also suitable for application on old layers of dispersion paint and on wallpaper for painting, which hold firmly. Due to the standard of environmental friendliness, E.L.F. is especially recommended for use in residential, office, hotel premises and in premises with high hygienic requirements (schools, kindergartens, medical institutions, restaurants, etc.). Ideal for application on structural fiberglass wallpaper.

• 1 class resistance to wet abrasion according to DIN 13300;
• made according to E.L.F. environmental   - without solvents and plasticizers;
• easy to apply and distribute over the surface;
• creates particularly smooth, thin, latex coatings, which does overlay the natural texture of the base;
• capable to diffusion: sd-value <0.6 m;
• does not attract dust, thanks why the walls remain clean for longer;
• resistant to all household detergents and disinfectants (without alcohol content).

• Base 1 (white): 2.5 l and 10 l.

Depending on color toning technical characteristics paint can insignificantly change.

• Wet wiping: R-Class 1, corresponds to abrasion resistance according to DIN 53778.
• Coefficient of contrast: H10-Class 2 at consumption of 8 m/l or 145 ml/m (Base 1).
• Maximum grain size: S₁ fine, (< 100 μm).
• Density: about 1.32 g/cm3 for Base 1. approximately 1.20 g/cm3 for Base 3.

Application method:  intended for application by brush, roller or airless spraying.

Productivity: 2.6 liters per minute.

Dilution depends on the power of the equipment (maximum productivity/throughput) and the method of application. The angle and size of the nozzle depend on the speed of application (to achieve the desired layer thickness). Mix thoroughly before painting. The paint is made with optimal viscosity and does not need to be diluted under typical conditions of use. Do not use if the temperature of the environment, base or paint is lower than +5° C or higher than +30°C. After use, rinse the tools with water.

Consumption: about 80 ml/m² for 1 layer on smooth base. On rough surfaces consumption increases accordingly.
