Decorative paint with the effect of velvet "Velour Satin", silky-matte 1 liter

Application and characteristics: vapor-permeable decorative coating based on special pearl pigments, intended for indoor use. The material makes it possible to get a wonderful velvet effect, which goes from a silky gloss to a silky matte due to the change of the reflection angle. It is used for plaster and concrete bases. Contains a natural wax-based retarder. Especially resistant to washing. Under the type “Otocento” the manufacturer understands the decorative effect that imitates mother-of-pearl fractures.
Composition:  acrylic dispersion, special effect pigments, functional additives, water.
According to European regulations, the content of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in a product of category A/L should be no more than 200 g/l (since 2010). This product contains VOCs less than 20 g/l.
Surface preparation:  the base must be uniformly prepared, strong, dry and free from grease, dust, chalk, and lime. Level uneven surfaces with putty. After thorough surface treatment, apply WhiteWhale Acrylic primer. 6-8 hours after applying the primer, paint the surface with WhiteWhale Interior Premium 3 base A in 1-2 layers, using a roller with a medium pile. After the paint has completely dried, start applying WhiteWhale 'Velour Satin'.
How to apply: the material may delaminate during storage, which is not a sign of product deterioration. Mix before use, if necessary, dilute with water up to 10%. Standard application: apply WhiteWhale 'Velour Satin' with a stainless steel spatula in an even layer, after a few minutes re-pass with the spatula until the desired effect is obtained. Textured application: apply WhiteWhale 'Velour Satin' in a medium layer, while creating a chaotic pattern on it with the plane of the spatula, after a few minutes, again pass with the clean plane of the spatula, lightly touching the surface. Also, this product can be applied with a roller in diluted form (allowable amount 60%) as an additional effect on top of decorative plasters WhiteWhale Relief Stucco, WhiteWhale Relief Stucco Maxi, WhiteWhale Marble stucco maxi, etc. If there is material from different manufacturing batches, it should be mixed together in the required amount required for a single surface (corner to corner). Work at t environment and base not lower than +7 C and not higher than +30 C.
Drying time: 24 hours. Wash no earlier than after 28 days.
Toning: tinted on equipment from the 'Velour Satin' catalog.
Solvent: water (type: drinking).
Consumption: 1l per 7-10 m² single-layer coating (depending on the application technique).
Storage:  in a tightly closed container at t not lower than +5 C, in a dry and cool place. Protect from frost! The warranty period of storage is 2 years. The date of manufacture is indicated on the package.
Safety measures: work in a ventilated room, wearing work clothes, gloves. Dispose of as household waste. Protect from children! After use, wash the working tool with water and clean it with a household detergent.
